“I really dislike reviewing an experience without the full story, but I have to explain my 1 star rating. I booked this experience about 3 hrs before our time reservation through Viator. Everything went through smoothly. We were suppose to have a food experience with Chef Carmen at 6:30pm. We arrived at her restaurant at 6:10pm just to make sure we had plenty of time. The restaurant was closed. Looking through the window it was pitch black. Ok, I thought, we’re here early. Dinners start later here, even though I was required to give them a reservation time and 6:30pm was fine. 6:30 rolls around - pitch black on the…”
