“Honestly, such a horrible experience. It was 31 degrees with no shade at all. They told us to be there 15 minutes early, but there was no update, no message nothing. We ended up standing in the sun for over an hour. Then suddenly they just said the boat had a problem. It’s a boat company shouldn’t they have known that earlier? It felt like we were the only ones booked and they just didn’t feel like taking us. We’re not joining the tour tomorrow, our plans are already ruined.
