“Having looked at all options to explore the amalfi coast, and reading reviews I’m so glad we booked this day trip! Meeting point at the travel office in sorrento train station was easy to find. Our driver/tour guide “Pepe” was fantastic pointing out locations and giving us facts along the route. And was able to slow down/stop at view points for us to get photos and enjoy the golden views of the coastline. We were dropped off in very central locations in Positano and Amalfi, and had 2 hours in each town to explore at our own pace. It was a welcomed relief to return to the luxury of aircon…”

Doing Anacapri first was a good idea. Capri was fab as was the boat tour around the island. Queuing for the main boat back to Sorrento - people not on tours just jumped the queue. “I would highly recommend this tour. Our tour guide, Luigi, was the best! He called us his family and treated us as if we were. He strategically planned our day so we could see as much of Capri as possible. We started by taking the chair lift to the top of Capri, then headed to the Blue Grotto. After the grotto, we walked around the town and had a wonderful lunch. We ended the day with a boat tour around the island so we could see it from the water. There is nothing I would change! It was an experience I will never forget.”

“There's so much to do and see on this trip, so briefly, ferry ride to and from the island (be prepared to wait). Bus from Marina Grande up to Capri, 40 minutes free time to browse. Bus up to AnaCapri(stunning views), 1hour to browse local stores before lunch. Visit Villa San Michelle (amazing history), take chair-lift to top of Mt for SPECTACULAR views. After lunch, bus back to Harbour and boat trip to Blue Grotto (not great - closed that day). Back at Harbour, another 45 mins to browse shops or swim at local beach.
